Departure Hall 2 at Schiphol has been upgraded to make check-in quicker and easier. E-ticketing is reaching record new levels. And at KLM.com, we’ve launched an updated version of our Internet check-in tool. This spring is a season of time-saving improvements at KLM!

Major Overhaul Departure Hall 2 at Schiphol Completed
The completion of a major overhaul of Departure Hall 2 at Schiphol Airport brings with it a check-in capacity increase of no less than 66%. Thanks to the increased number of self-service check-in facilities, up to 20,000 passengers can now speed through check-in, in no time.

New e-ticket record for KLM!
|
|
The popularity and acceptance of e-tickets by KLM passengers has reached new record levels. As of the beginning of April 2006, more than 90% of tickets purchased online on KLM.com were issued as e-tickets. And of all KLM tickets sold worldwide (not just via KLM.com), no less than 76% were e-tickets!

Internet check-in: faster, easier and now at more airports
|
|
On April 4 a new milestone in e-services has been reached when AIR FRANCE and KLM launched a joint Internet check-in service. From that date, passengers can check in online with both KLM and AIR FRANCE e-tickets through the AIR FRANCE or the KLM website, according to their own preference. So, whether you’re flying AIR FRANCE or KLM, you’re free to check in online on either one of the sites. Experience the seamless AIR FRANCE/KLM services yourself!
