    Change of travel plans? You can cancel or change your booking, depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.

    Can I change or cancel my ticket?

    Whether or not you may change your ticket depends on the fare conditions to which the ticket is subject. You can find these conditions in your booking confirmation. Before attempting to change or cancel your ticket, please check the fare conditions.

    If you want to cancel a ticket with a non-refundable fare, we charge EUR 15.

    If you have cancelled your ticket, the airport taxes can be refunded. The fuel surcharges with taxcode YR/YQ are refundable only if a refundable ticket was issued.

    Refunds may be applied for up to 13 months after original date of ticket issue.

    How does it work? Change online

    Via Manage my Booking you can change tickets which you purchased directly on our website, at a KLM ticket office or via the KLM Service Centre. Simply log on to adjust your reservation yourself. This is possible up to 24 hours before departure. If changing your reservation requires an additional fee, you can pay by credit card. It is not possible to cancel a ticket via Manage my Booking.

    • To change or cancel tickets booked via a travel agent, please contact the relevant travel agent.
