Structure of KLM/NW Transaction Fees
The below transaction fees are effective as of 1 March, 2006
KLM/NW transaction fees in the Czech Republic (for e-tickets):

This fee will vary depending on the booking channel used (see table). Transaction fee is not refundable and includes following services:
- Reservation
- All changes in reservation before ticketing
- Ticketing
Paper ticket surcharge in the value of 600 CZK will apply for all paper tickets on top of transaction fee. In case you book e-ticket, no paper tickets surcharge will apply.
Transaction fee also applicable for:
- Reissue of the ticket
- Child Ticket (CHD)
- Refund
- Group tickets
Transaction fee is not applicable for:
- Infant Ticket (INF)
- Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA)
- Miscellanous Charges Order (MCO for i.e. excess baggage, chello, stretchers, etc.)
- Flying Dutchman Award ticket
