How does it work?

In the Netherlands, dial 0900 649 0000 (€0.70 per minute).
In the UK, dial 0207 36 50 752. Please have your passport at hand when you call.  Service available MON-FRI 0800:2100/SAT 0830:2100/SUN 0900:2100

 

 

Who can use it?

Passengers departing from the Netherlands or the UK, traveling with confirmed reservations on flights operated by KLM and partner airlines. For passengers traveling with checked baggage, telephone check-in is possible on departure from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and London Heathrow only.

When can I check in?

Telephone check-in opens 30 hours before scheduled departure and closes one hour before. The service is available 24 hours a day.

How do I get my boarding pass?

When departing from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven or London Heathrow, you can retrieve your boarding pass from the self-service check-in machines in the departure hall. When departing from other UK airports or Maastricht with hand baggage only, your boarding pass is waiting at the gate. Your ticket and passport will be enough to get you through security and on to the gate.

What about my baggage?

Baggage drop-off points are located in the airport departure hall. At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, you will find them in departure hall 2. At other airports, they are located at our Europe Select or World Business Class check-in desks. Baggage drop-off closes 40 minutes before scheduled departure for European flights and 60 minutes before scheduled departure for intercontinental flights.
