How it Works
• Book your travel online on www.klm.com.
• Once booking is done and ticketed, send us a mail to ebooking.india@klm.com in the format as below:
  o Type Gift Claim in the subject line
  o Booking details
  o The gift you have chosen
  o Telephone Number 
  o Your complete postal address in India 

On receipt of the same, the Gift will be couriered to the address provided by you.

Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket must be issued online www.klm.com for travel on KLM and Northwest Airlines flights departing India.  
2. Offer cannot be exchanged for alternate benefits or compensation.
3. The gifts will only be dispatched once a claim is received on the mail id  ebooking.india@klm.com
