Can I change or cancel my ticket?

Whether or not you can change your ticket is dependent on the fare conditions to which the ticket is subject. These conditions are determined by the fare group of the ticket, which you can find on your booking confirmation. Before attempting to change or cancel your ticket, we kindly request that you first check the fare conditions. 

An administration charge of MYR300 applies for cancellation of your ticket. KLM Malaysia also imposes an administration fee of MYR100 for over the counter services at the KLM office.
