Are you a Flying Blue member?
As a Flying Blue Explorer, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the first extra item of checked baggage. If you’re a Flying Blue Ultimate, Platinum, Gold, or Silver member, you can always check in 1 extra item of baggage for free if KLM or Air France operates your flight.
Excess baggage fee
Before you leave for the airport, make sure that your luggage meets the requirements to avoid any unwelcome surprises. If you did pack a little more than expected and it turns out that your baggage is heavier or larger than allowed, we’ll have to charge an excess fee.
The maximum weight and size of excess baggage is 32 kg and 300 cm (length + width + height).
